Contacting us and withdrawing consent
We will remove your personal information from our website order system after 60 days.
Where we hold data from people with whom we have not had contact with for 7 years, that data will be deleted.

From time to time we may ask that photographs of your school performance groups as supplied by you or taken at our events may be included in our programmes and websites. Such images will only be published where schools and groups have obtained parental/guardian consent to release them. Identifiers (names, addresses and other specific personal details) pertaining to the children in the images will never be requested or published by us.
Personal data will never be shared with photographers or film companies contracted by Creative Learning Partnerships/Yorkshire Schools Dance Festival at any stage during the recording, editing or final distribution of our event DVDs. We will always notify you if photography or image recording will take place at an event.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, you will be informed as soon as possible and you will be asked to change your password on our website, our online learning area and our portfolio system.
